Interested in some feedback from an owner... I'm told it also does 15.6kHz for retro use but not written down anywhere

Do you mean 165hz? and what resolution? the highest is 76hz the lowest is 50.

31.2 kHz is the lowest standard VGA frequency I believe and 15.6kHz is what retro computers and consoles tend to use ie. Amiga, Atari ST (not hiRes mode)... so VERY useful on a 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratio panel.. many dont SAY they do but some still work for that frequency
