Dell P4317Q Vs Phillips BDM4350UC for business use

Hi, I'm about to run an evaluation at work of the benefits of upgrading our current standard monitor setup (2 x 24" 1080p) to a single large 4K screen and I've been given a list of possible options from our IT department to choose from. I've narrowed it down to either the Dell P4317Q or the Phillips BDM4350UC.
The specs look pretty similar, both 43", 4K and IPS panels but the main differences I can see are that the Dell uses PWM dimming while the Phillips has a glossy coating.
I will be using it in an office environment so lots of lights around so I'm worried that the glossy screen will be bad for reflections in here, has anyone had experience of using it in this way?
The PWM on the Dell I'm not too keen on either, again has anyone actually used this screen that can comment on it, is there any noticeable flicker at lower brightness levels?

Work wise it'll be used for general software development, nothing colour critical and nothing fast paced so response times and the like shouldn't be a deciding factor.

Any comments or thoughts on either of them would be most appreciated.

Well there is a pretty wide range of monitors currently in use but the hope is that for most people going to 4K res will provide more desktop space than just a couple of smaller screens and with the use of software to zone the desktop so you can maxmise to set areas etc it should still allow for easy multi tasking. In my case I'll actually be going from 4 x 1080p screens so no difference in total resolution but I'm hoping I might be able to keep a couple of my current screens to stick in portrait on either side of the Dell
This is an evaluation though so it may well be that we decide multiple smaller screens are still better.

Hi, sorry for the delay. Due to various procurement issues I ended up using an acer for the evaluation, I can't remember the exact model number but it was the same 43" 4k panel. I really liked it and found it really useful for general software engineering work. The test of my team also got on really well with it so we were able to then get funding to buy 20 of them for the whole team. In the end we settled on the new LG 43" version as it had a much better selection of inputs and had an anti glare coating compared to the glossy finish on the acer. If you have any questions about them then I'll do my best to answer.
