Dell precision m60 problem

Hi i have just been given a dell precision m60 laptop to look at, i am trying to get in to the bios but i can not. When i switch it on i get no start up all i get is a blank screen for about 30 seconds then it just goes straight to the desktop. There is no windows xp loading screen. If i try pressing del to try and get it in to the bios nothing happens and if i press F8 when switching on i dont get the option to go in to safe mode or anything.

Does anyone have any advice or idea how to get it in to the bios.

its either f10 or f12

power it up holding the fn key, that will get you a diags.

Also if you cant get into the bios, power it on holding a few keys, until it beeps, should bring up a keyboard error and press f2 to get into the bios.

NP, f10 or f12 works on my M90 thought it might have been similar :confused:
