Dell SP2309W Settings

Does anyone have a Dell SP2309W? If so, and you are using a HDMI cable to connect it up, do you have any decent settings i could use for colour brightness and contrast please? I am watching a Blu ray and it doesn't seem to be as good quality as my old monitor

Hi m8, what was the model number of your old Dell 20in?

As for your current monitor, I find most monitors come out of the box far to bright. I suggest knocking the brightness down and see how it looks playing blu rays then.

E207WFP was the model number of my old one.

I have turned down the brightness, but it is still not as good. If i adjust too many settings for blu rays, then it won't look right for games/ normal browsing will it?
My old monitor was near perfect out of the box.

I specifically chose a monitor with HDMI as well as DVI thinking that the HDMI would be good for blu rays.
