Dell Studio 1735

Hello all i have a dell studio 1735 and for some reason the bluray disk will not play.

It did work until i had to do a factory reset on the machine then it stopped. Has anyone had any issues withthis before ?

As i said i set it to factory settings so i do not know whats the problem.

You've probably lost the BluRay decoder software during the factory image restore - try going to http://support.euro.dell.com and download the DVD player software.
