dell studio screen flickers

Hi there,

I have a Dell studio 1537 with a cracked hinge which is the norm the lappy works fine only if you tilt the screen right back it goes pink and green not that I have it that far back so it don't bother me at all and works perfect at my viewing angle but what could it be? as I want to sell it... as this will affect the price.

LCD cable runs through the hinge so it is probably fractured. It can be replaced separately if you can source one
