Dell studio xps 16

i have a dell studio xps 16 with a
500GB (7,200rpm) Free Fall Sensor Hard Drive
but i keep hearing a click from the bottom right of my laptop and then it freezes. its happens when the laptop is being pushed hard or when it reaches 60c i never let my laptop get much hotter than 62c. i rang dell and they said there where no hardware probelms after running some test. they then said there software team would fix the probelm but would cost me 50pounds and i dont see why i should do this after only having it a month.

dont let Dell push you , i had the same problem with my Dell 1720 , you need to put your foot down and stand your ground , ask to speak to a manager or supervisor about your problems if your not happy .

How old is the laptop , i would send it back or ask for engineer to call

a month. im not gonna give dell any more money thats for sure.

Like i said put ya foot down if you have a problem , tell them you want a full refund or your take it further , ask to talk to a manager or superviser , give them a call
