Dell T310 HDD issue

Hi

We were given a used Dell T310 to use in our community centre.

It came with 2 x 2TB ST32000644NS drives running in raid 1 which were faulty. The server has a Dell Perc H200A raid controller in it.

I swapped the drives 2 x 4TB WD4003FRYZ drives but the in the H200A config utility it can't see these drives.

What could be the issue?

Won't detect drives larger than 2TB on the stock BIOS.
Cross-flashing is relatively painless, but carries a minor risk. YMMV.

I was able to get the 4TB working by applying a Dell firmware update to the H200 which allows it to see 4TB drives.
