You'd have to ask your supplier, presumably it wasn't Dell direct, so it could have gotten shipped from Dell with a docs bag to the supplier, who have since opened it and took them out before passing it on to you. Only they would know.

I was just asking if anyone had bought this monitor from Ocuk and received it in this state or am I worrying over nothing.

The box of my U2410 from ocuk was all sealed..

Installed the U2410 yesterday and it looks great. It looks smaller next to my Hyundai due to the bezel - think I will have to sell it and get another U2410.
