Dell u2410 screen patches

When I had an issue with a Dell monitor I called Dell and they arranged an on the doorstep swap. Might be worth giving them a call as it might save being without a screen for a while.
 
Ok i need some help as this is still not resolved after being told i would get a code or works order number nearly 7 times now over the past 2 months almost for my dell has not been recieved, basically i have bought a monitor with a 3 year warranty and i,m just getting fobbed off every single time by ocuk customer support. What am i supposed to do with a montior i cannot get replaced?

If you dont have a service tag number they will just take the S/N and just swap the screens.. I rang them Wednesday i had a brand new monitor Thursday and the broken one picked up Friday.. Couldn't ask for more tbh. All Done via UPS just reminds me why i paid so much for their screens :)

One thing they might ask for is the invoice but you probably got it saved on your ocuk account anyway.
