Dell U2515H 25" IPS

Hey guys recently got this monitor from ocuk.


Running at 1440 @ 60hz and whenever i launch a game or turn on my second 1080p monitor the screen goes completely black for a few seconds and then back to whatever it was doing?

Is this meant to be happening? It's rather annoying and i've never known another monitor to do it. Does it if i alt+tab out of a game as well, regardless if the game is running the desktops native resolution of 1440

Are you using DisplayPort on the U2515H? This is typical behaviour for a monitor using DisplayPort. It re-establishes the connection in a way that usually causes the monitor to go blank and then return to displaying an image.

Yeah dp to mdp.

Its still doing it when leaving a game, but i have managed to stop it going blank when i turn the second monitor on by changing the power management mode to performance in the nvidia control panel.
