I think I have an issue with my new Dell U2515H monitor however I am not sure if has been a problem since I first got it on Monday or if I have only just noticed it. I seem to have black border between the edge of the monitor and where the windows desktop starts. It is a uniform size all around except at the bottom where it is thinner. It is about 1 cm in size on the top and sides. I tried a couple of games and notice that they also do not fill the screen. So my 25" monitor is not actually displaying 25"'s.
I have factory reset the monitor and that made no difference. I am using a GTX970 card and I have tried all of the desktop scaling options in the Nvidia control panel and none of them made a difference.
Has anyone else noticed this? Perhaps it is completely normal and for some reason I've only just noticed it today.
