Dell U2711 £480 & £670 ??

What's the difference between these models. The cheaper one comes with a 1 Year Guarentee while the more expensive has a 3 year "Premium Panel Guarentee".

What's the premium panel guarentee and does the mean dell are selling bad batches for the cheaper price?

The 1 year warranty models were supposed to be a cancelled order so OcUK got them cheap.

In reality at least some of them had been opened and had cables missing and some arrived without a UK power cable. I would hope they've gone through the stock and fixed this.

With the Dell premium panel guarantee the monitor would be swapped out on site by Dell if faulty.

With the OcUK 1 year warranty you would have to send it back to them.

if you read the description you'll see it mentions that they are factory re-packaged.

whether its recon or just returned.
