Is this normal on this monitor? Haven't gamed for a while but started to play Titanfall again and noticed a lot of backlight bleed. Also happening in other games.
 
Are you sure it's bleed and not IPS glow on dark content? Does the bleed move if you change your line of sight? Can u take a photo of an all black screen in a dark room from a metre or two away so we can see if it looks "normal"?
 
I don't know the difference between IPS glow and bleed, all I see are lighter areas on the corners of the screen. I'll get a photo taken later on this evening.
 
Sounds very much like IPS glow. Do those light areas then change if you moved to view the corner of the screen head on?
