I'm looking to buy one of these very shortly, but I'm a little concerned about the reports of uneven panel brightness/colour. Is this still an issue with the later hardware revisions? Anyone know what revision OC are currently shipping?

Hi I have one, cant’ say I can see any uneven panel brightness/colour, it all looks the same close-up and from a distance, can’t tell you my revision number (box in the attic)

Ring them up and ask? If you google u can find out about the latest revisions.

And if its still a problem drop down to the u2711 and get revision A09?
