I have two Dell 1905's which I couldnt sell on MM with 8ms panels which were fabulous ( I dont use them only because I now have a 20" w/s and 24" w/s instead)
From what I have heard the 1907's arent much of an improvement but they didnt need it imho

pretty standard 8ms TN Film technology really. Nothing fancy compared with the modern availability of overdriven panels, but nevertheless should be adequate for gaming really. Plenty of people own models from that generation and find them fine
