Dell UP2718Q or half the price for an LG 27UK850??

Hi,

Would appreciate some help! This monitor will be used purely for photo editing. No gaming.

Ive read the Lg 27UK850, 650 and 600 are the same panel. The only difference is the hardware accessories (usb c / height adjustment etc). I am thinking of getting the 850 however, it seems this is the same as the Dell UP2718Q. The only difference I can see is on paper, the dell shows 1000nits vs the LG is 400nits?

But I thinking (with some googling) they use the same panel? I am incorrect?? Which one should I get?

what did you decide on in the end?
I am considering the same choices - maybe even the Asus PA32UC-K - although it seems crazy paying that much when you can get a 55 OLED for 25% less but that monitor has nearly everything???
