Im building a htpc for the bedroom. It's job is going to be running kodi, iplayer, 4od, youtube etc. No games ever. It has to run windows since ill be streaming the xbox one to it.
Ive been offered a 2nd hand Dell Venue 11 Pro + dock for £200. It's an i3-4020Y 1.5ghz, 4gb, 128gb ssd.
Can I build a better system for a similar price considering I already have a spare hdd, 4GB ddr2 ram (if that's even used anymore) and windows.
