My first two Venue Pro's were terrible for that, the rear camera didn't work on the second as well. The keyboard issue was so bad that typing using the on screen keyboard was nigh on impossible. Typing in a password was impossible.!
Using a BT keyboard and they were fine.
However I kept swapping them and the third was a keeper.
I had sent a video to the supplier and he was great in exchanging the refurbished tablets.
No BIOS or Windows settings would change the keyboard issues.
As noted though the third one I got worked fine if it didn't I did tell the supplier that I would want a refund.
