Dell Vostro 1220/1320

Anyone used one of these?

I'd appreciate some impressions as on paper these look ideal - decent cpu, small, light, optical drive, cheap ...

Just got one today :) I had a mini311c before so this is just a little bigger, weight wise there isnt much in it, not tried the battery life yet, so far so good but obviously not tried much on it yet, although Half Life 2 runs sweet at 1280x800 (albeit on low settings) mine was a refurbed one with a P8600 2.4ghz cpu, 4gb ram, 250gb 7200rpm 16mb hdd, vista (cough) business, truelife screen with webcam and red lid, ive since upgraded it to win7 pro and its running great, cpu & ram score 6.0, hdd 5.9 graphics are 3.5 & 3.4 so overall is 3.4 but it feels pretty quick, the main advantage for me over the mini 311c is that fact it has the optical drive built in, I did purchase a 500gb hdd to install but it involves dismantling the case entirerly. Although its a refurb, ive got a full years warranty, there wasnt a mark on it, and it still has all the protective films on the lid etc etc, must have been a customer return, only negative point is it didnt come with bluetooth :( ive ordered a module but it will again involved opening the case up.....

Not bad for £350 :)
