I replaced my U2713HM a while back after complaining to Dell about backlight bleed. I noticed on my account that despite being sent a replacement, the original service tag is still showing in 'My products' and it does not recognise the new one that I got.
Has anyone else been through this process and if so were you able to register the new monitor under my products? It says I have 860 warranty days remaining but this is tied against the original so I'm a tad confused. Tried to phone them earlier but lets just say there was a bit of a language barrier and I gave up.
