Dell WD19 & Asus Zenbook

Hi

I have a Asus Zenbook UX325E laptop which has 2 x Thunderbolt 3 USB C port. I'm trying to use it with my Dell WD19 dock but when I plug the dock in everfything works that is attached to the dock but I get no video. My monitor is connected to the dock with a HDMI cable. If I plug the HDMI cable directly in to the laptop I get video.

Any ideas on why I'm not getting video? My Dell laptop works fine with the dock.

Make sure you have the correct drivers installed for the doc. Download from dell’s website. I would also ma make sure your laptop has an update bios
