How fast should my dell vostro 3550 boot time be, approximately? It's around 67 seconds with a 7200rpm hard drive and i5 with hardly anything new installed. Is that about average or slow? Does the Dell reinstall disc install other bloat that slows it down and if so, what? Otherwise, can I legally download another version and use my serial number and would it have to be an OEM version?
