Dell with 9 series GPU - When?

Does anybody have any information as to when Dell are going to use 9-series Nvidia GPUs in their laptops?

I spoke to an advisor over the online chat thing and he said they have them but they are only available via the telephone (or something like that).
Anyone tried this?

I don't quite understand how it works with Dell - I've somehow got the idea that you can customize your laptop better if you order over the phone, and also have the chance to haggle with them?

The new range of OCUK laptops feature 9 series GPU's. They will be in stock very shorlty as far as i'm aware.

I would suspect this will be the same for other manufacturers.

I would imagine that Dell will try to clear stock & sell as many laptops with the old 8 series cards as possible.

This might slow their transition down some what.
 
Any idea what chassis the Ocuk ones have?
I havent seen any hi-res pictures yet unfortunately which is making me look elsewhere at the moment.
 
Yeah it certainly does. Exactly why I like it.
I cannot stand bling laptops (Alienware m15x, dell m1730 asus g50/70) with all those nasty gamer strobe lights...I find it so tacky but hey each to their own :)
