Dell XPS 14 LCD Replacement...

I just had my screen replaced by a Dell engineer and there are now slight marks around the LCD panel he replaced, no idea if this was his doing or if it was a second hand unit. (Totally unacceptable)

I know I'm a little OCD with any marks but this laptop was absolutely immaculate before he came and now I even spotted he has like chipped the lower bezel as well, looks like screwdriver miss...

Really annoyed, I wish they had just replaced the whole laptop now.

complain back - but then how do you proof that it was immaculate beforehand (unless has some photos )

i rang them and they are bringing another lcd screen and also the bottom aluminum part, i will take pictures beforehand this time and also inspect the parts first.
