My graphics card died, I was running two 8800GTX but sold one as it seemed to struggle powerwise. (May have been card)

The other has just died. I was looking for either

1, A solo card

2. 2 Cards I can SLI up

I'm not up on new stuff so any help would be appreciated.

My budget for one option or the other is £60

Thanks in advance

Andy

a used gtx 460

the rest of your system like pretty outdated
I'd recommend upgrading to an i5 to see the full potential of a new gpu

Get a 7750, its fairly cheap. Anything faster than that will be bottlenecked, in fact - the 7750 probably will as well.

Honestly I would refund those and grab an AMD 7750, it will be far more power efficient, quiet, and will perform better than the 8800GTX.
