Wait, if Doc Emmet Brown wasn't sure it was going to work, why did he drag Marty into the path of the DeLorean? :/

Only reason I ask is because I'm looking at second hand DeLoreans and I want to be sure I won't be done for murder if I hit idiot pedestrians at 88mph.

because he already had the note from Marty

Plus youll be lucky if it ever hits that speed

A bit of trivia, but there's crazy detail in that film. I believe the shopping mall is called something like '2 pine shopping centre', but then when Marty runs over a tree in the past, it becomes the 'one pine shopping centre' in 1985. Awesome!

The details in the movies is really epic, the smallest details show up between the movies.

Oh another one... in back to the future III, when they are talking about Clint Eastwood and the fact that Doc Brown hasn't heard of him yet, posters are in the background of Clint Eastwood's first films, which came out that year.
