Can confirm, cold took it out of me, so last Monday was the last time I trained.

Back at it today, and I'm starting a cycle of HST, can confirm, am going to be in pain.

This week is going to be a bit of a test, so we'll see how it goes, being relatively conservative with numbers as I'm a weakling, as I want to get through a cycle and see where I sit...if anything it'll do me some good to take a battering.

Everything done in 2 sets of 15:

Squat: 40kg
RDL: 25kg
dB Bench Press: 16s
BOR: 25kg
DBSS: BW
Arnold Press: started with 10s, then 8s.
Dips: BW -59kg

So, baby weights, not even mad. DBSS hurt. Arnold presses weak as sin as I've neglected a lot of shoulder work. Dips, naff obviously and I'm going to play these by ear in terms of if they feel good or not.

Missed a few last exercises because of time, may play around

How come the change in routine? Seems a few people have switched/switching up to HST at the moment.. Starting the summer body cycle early? haha

A few people? Who else is? Not that I care much tbh

Fancied something different and I've not done HST before. My previous block of work was to just get back in to the groove again a bit more, so I'm seeing how this goes basically. I was also being rather conservative previously to keep my back in check

It's definitely a change, so hopefully it will do my body some good to get out of my comfort zone.
