demon and host names, non are avaliable

demon and host names, none are avaliable

Well I recently moved house, and the phoneline finally got activated today, so I'm trying to order demon home adsl, and no matter what I put in the host name section, it says it's not avaliable, even if i put completely random text in, and their customer services is closed now, so does anyone know if it's not working? I'm pretty sick of this company.

And yes, my password is under 8 characters

Why not go with somebody else then? There are plenty of recomendations on this forum.

You are dealing with a company who has been going for over ten years. So it isn't surprising that most of the sub-domains have been eaten up.

I remember setting up my first demon account in '97 and even then it took me ten attempts to find a name. LOL.

Well I tried again today and I'm all signed up.

So it must have been some sort of error with their website, oh well, at least it's sorted now
