I absolutely love the first film, to me it really is as good as "Heat" was (blasphemy to some I know) but, as much as I loved the first one, one of its big re-watchable selling points was the Kaiser Soze style ending which this one won't have.

So I once I saw the outline of the story - "ex-Cop joins the criminal that got away for a heist" - I'm just not quite feeling the same excitement but I'll still see it anyway.

I actually really enjoyed the first one too. Caught me by suprise, as I didn't expect much from it. I'll look forward to this!
