Denon AVR-X2700H Remote Extender?

Hello All,

I'm completely confused with this!
I've just bought a Projector and when it's in use it blocks the remote signal to my AMP (Denon X2700), I just want something that will relay the signal from my original remote to the AMP. The AMP has a remote extender jack. I thought it'd be easy to just buy a cable with a sensor on the end, plug it in and hey presto I can control the volume etc again...I can't seem to find something that fit's the bill? Can anyone point me in the direction of what I need?

Thanks @lucid I'll take a look, I went a bit mad and bought a UST Vividstorm Screen and that's doing a great job of blocking everything behind it!
(I'm still surprised it's not a simple cable with a IR receiver on the end!)
