Denon X2500H no sound

Need some help please, was watching a blu ray last night, when the sound suddenly turned off. Now I have no sound from any input, got a cable box, ps4 pro & pc plugged in. Now the pc detects the amp for video, but no audio. I've not even moved anything, been running OK fo 18 months

Tried reset ect. When trying to set up TV audio it just freezes or when doing a speaker test, again, just freezes. No sound from headphones either

Any idea's would be most welcome

I had to go through a factory reset recently on my X2400H, there was a Firmware update that crashed my system overnight giving me video but no sound, despite the normal reset nothing would fix it, the only thing i could do was to roll the firmware back to the original factory version (like a fail-safe reset) and then update the Firmware again once it reset and that worked for me, been fine since, but now i turn off auto updates, the same process may work for you ?

I've done a reset, I'll give that a try.
