Dent in new chair

Hi I received my noblechair hero this afternoon but after putting it together I noticed a dent on 1 of the armrests

Now I’m not sure what to do and who to contact and where, any help ?

Probably best posting in the OcUk Customer service section on the forums so one of the ocuk staff can deal with the issue.
