Deodorant or Aftershave or Both?

As title. For going out what do you do?

Aftershave or Deodorant or Both?

If both, do you make sure you were the same fragrance by the same brand or can you mix and match?

EDIT:

Also what's the difference between "eau de toilette" and aftershave?

Both and I use a very nutral smelling anti persprant then just slap my aftershave on

I use both, Lynx deo and Joop aftershaves.

Parfum > Eau de Parfum > Eau de Toilette > Aftershave

Im a girl and I wear deodorant which has no smell, is just an anti-perspirant, and perfume.

Same, just a Gillette antiperspirant which isn't very strong and either Boss in motion or Versace Blue Jeans.

Google is your friend.

Don't normally use a deodorant, just an eau de toilette normally. Davidoff Cool Water is what I normally have but I got bought Chanel Allure pour Homme Sport for Christmas and it's amazing.

Lynx VICE (got it for Crimbo) in the pits only and my normal JOOP on the neck and cheeks.

I smell lush.

Best way is to use a good anti perspirant without much fragrance, like vaseline one or mitchums or summin.

Then slap on aftershave in all the best places.

Neck, wrists, stomach (smell will rise with heat etc)

Joop is my favourite at the moment.

Managed to get the largest one duty free for £30 over in Malaga a while back. Over here its nearing £50! Still felt weird paying even that much for just a fragrance. Still, such a unique smell.

1 spray or more is too much with JOOP!

Scentless anti-perspirant (or roll on), and cologne is where it's at.
