So at a time of everyone complaining about "white privilege" and systemic racism, the department of justice has found that Yale university is systemically racist towards white and asian students!

The US government says Yale University is illegally discriminating against white and Asian-American applicants.

The results of a two-year investigation by the Department of Justice found the Ivy League university had breached civil rights law in its undergraduate admissions process.

The department threatened to file a lawsuit against the university if it failed to take "remedial" measures.

Old news tbf, it's been widely known that universities have been discriminating against students based on race for years now.

Yeah that's a fair point, the whole affirmative action thing is fundamentally racist and harms minorities who are placed into a university they are not qualified for so end up dropping out.

This news is replicated on many websites, I used the BBC because people are most familiar with it.

Saying they are corrupt with nothing to substantiate it doesn't prove anything.

It's pretty obvious that if you allow people with low SAT scores into the top uni's they are not going to perform well. Whereas if they went to a community college with lower standards they would succeed.

My citation was your own post, I even quoted it for posterity. You said it, so I am assuming it is a well-researched opinion backed by plenty of solid evidence. Side note; why is it anybody who disagrees with you is bound to a higher standard of evidential reasoning than whatever fairytale you fart out over your morning ablutions?
