So feeling really low lately, not enjoying anything & very bored
So was wondering how many people here have encountered it some shape or form?


I have it
I’ve had it
I’ve known some one has it
Never encounter it
Am an internet hardman, I do not believe in such weakness

a) eating enough
b) sleeping enough
c) doing enough exercise

none of the above

Ive suffered from it for many years, some times worse than others

Tried many drugs
threpy conseling etc none of it worked now back for another round soon
