Hi everyone,

I just wanted to start a new conversation on here about depression in the work place and how people you work with may not want to ask you about it, maybe that it is a taboo subject in the office?

I have been suffering from depression throughout much of my life and having stated in a new job recently I feel like people a tip-toeing around me. I was wondering if anyone else felt the same? I have been consulting the amazing people at Clinical Partners and they have really been able to help me. If you are facing the same issues I would really recommend them here is the site http://www.clinical-partners.co.uk/

Honestly check it out, they have really been helping me push myself out of my depression.

But everyone keeps inviting me out for drinks on Fridays and all I want to do is go home and curl up on the sofa... I feel like they can all tell I am depressed. .but why should you not talk about it?
