Design me a banner

Hi if any of you kind people are bored and want to design a banner for me to go across the top of a intranet site 1806 wide by 153 height.
should have to word E-Learning in and have some of the colour #000033 in and maybe a pic of something to depict e learning, sorry i lost all my creativity this mornining.

Thats the size i been told, but i think some of the right hand side gets took off when its put up.

I would check the size if I were you, its just not done to make a banner that wide. I make websites for a living and have designed banners for commercial purposes and I have never encountered a banner that size before...

Its an odd size it will stretch the html page to crazy proportions that will not display on the average users monitor and would increase the filesize to beyond the recommended llimit.
