Please? :p

I have done some of the modding, not quite all of it. There will be two fill ports on the top of the case and the pumps will probably be mounted in the 5.25" bays. I've come a bit unstuck trying to design a window though.

Thanks for your help :)

Something like that? Looks good to me :)

I'll have to get some more masking tape and a larger hole saw for the rounded edges before deciding on a design. Both seem pretty good though :)

As it's the first window I'm cutting I don't want it to be too complex, the main point of it will be to show off the dual water cooling loops I'll have installed.

While I'm at it, what colours should I use for the coolant? I'm thinking one red, one blue.

No, I only designed that and had it cut professionally. At the time I didn't have the tools needed... now I do :D

Not bad but to get a clean cut I'd need to buy a load of hole saws at about £10-15 a piece for those sizes. It's possible with a jigsaw or dremel but wouldn't be all that easy I imagine.

Pft, not like it makes a difference to cooling! I'll most likely be using 7/16", possibly 1/2"... just because it looks a bit nicer.

Hmm, I did see an A05 with a red window that looked very nice... certainly worth considering. Although the first design of an 'L' (much like the v1000 window) is still my favourite.

Although I don't know how effective it would be at actually showing the water cooling, which is the point after all :p

I already know, to an extent.

Pumps will be in the 5.25" bays near the fillports (with a T-line between them), the front rad will be for the graphics as it'll likely be a thinner, lower performance one and the top rad will cool the CPU.

Apologies for the crapness, I couldn't be bothered to do it properly :o

Are you fitting a full ATX mobo or a mATX?

Full ATX, probably as I'll be clocking a lower end C2D in it. The HD bays will probably be cut down to a single bay so there won't be much blocked.

As for the CPU... I think a good block with some 90 degree elbows would perform better than a low profile Koolance or similar. It's not ideal but I have very limited space.

Don't cut up the ATC, sell it if you're not using it... they fetch enough for it to be worth while.

Anyway, I just got some bits \o/

Well, I'll leave it for a while. I might have the money in a few weeks.

That's a bit OTT for me, although the main tribal design is nice on its own.
