Design opinions :)

Hi all - just in the image stage at the moment and wondered if you could cast an eye over the design and what you think of the logo and layout (ignore the copy)

Also - with regards to the text on the right, it will be rotating (flash) - now I've never really used flash before - what happens if the viewer does not have flash installed? Will it just not render or will there be message there saying plugin required?

I really like it, looks nice and clean and well layed out, good use of the banner in relation to the type of site it is. As for flash, don't quote me on this but you can get js to detect if the user has flash or not and then have a flash version and a html version and they will be directed depending on their pc config.

Looking good so far though.

Use the <object> element to place Flash on the page, as this has a fallback mechanism to display alternative content if the primary content is not available.

Nice. Don't like the white gradient in the picture of the machine with the buttons next to "the (arc)" logo. Would prefer a complete picture (of the machine, or otherwise) without a fade. Then the logo can be filled in white between the brackets and sat on top.

I also prefer this one - I may use diff colours on each page - should be quite easy with css I suppose.

The bullet point text on new2 is a bit difficult to read, try and use a colour with a higher contrast to that of the background. Other than that I quite like the design.

new3.jpg is probably my favourite.

The design certainly looks nice, however I reckon the main section is a bit thin and the text is too small for my liking.
