Design your Dream Case!

 How can you say such a thing? Not only did they use the same ink ingraving type stuff, but without CM, we may not have ever had the ATC cases as we know them! Don't be a brand snob, yes, ATC designs are great, but CM not only contributed a lot to the designs but manufactured them too!

You completely missed the :p . ;)

How about the New Lian Li G5 :

Haha! :p It looks so 'finished' and well made too, almost as if someone actually just did put some G5 bits onto a PC-777...

I actually prefer the snail like that to in its normal state! :D

Looks like it has the feeler things almost in that picture.

Sadly , it's only a prototype.

If you look very closely , you can see the joins !!! ;)

if you realy wanted to design your own case i would use

solidworks :)

I used Auto CAD 2005 for the framework , then Maya for the seemless 3D texturing !

Thanks for the advice

Mark

My ideal case would be as small as possible but still with 92mm/120mm fan mounts with a PC-7 plus black finish. The only holes would be perforated, but hidden. Oh, and of course totally quiet

P.S Holy thread revival batman!

Mine would be a Lian Li A10 with the motherboard mounted the other way up and a custom cut side panel.

That way you could open the door and get to the dvd drive whilst also being able to see motherboard via the case window.

Another alternative to that would be an A10 without any door at all!
