Hi can you guys spec me up please..

I am looking for a system that will boot up in a flash and make multitasking a breeze. I am a designer (web & print) and want a system that can run Abode Creative Suite 2 programs, Macromedia Studio 8 programs, a media player, multiple internet browsers and instant messaging programs without breaking a sweat. I am not looking for a gaming system however I do want it to hold up with Adobes new range of software in 2007. I’ll need a decent speed DVD player and writer. I was thinking of a small form case (Silverstone Sugo), something to compliment an Acer Ferrari F20 LCD. Operating System and Keyboard recommendations welcome. Budget is around £1200.

Thank you in advance for your help and advice.

Thanks Explicit, I think that spec is spot on. Any further recommendations if the budget was flexible?

Something I forgot to mention was... wireless and broadband compaitblity.... can this be achieved with internal componets?
