Designing a logo

Hi,

I'd like to redesign my business logo, which I can do. But I don't know how to do it so that I can resize as small or large as needed without losing quality.

I had my present business logo designed by a professional who used an eps format which I think is something to do with it.

I was just wondering if it's easy enough to do this myself as I want to design the logo myself anyway.

You need a vector based program like adobe illustrator so you can resize

Thanks. I was hoping not to have to spend money on it though as I'll only be needing it for an hour or so :/

Check Fiverr out, it'll be a professional finished product over what you'll be able to create yourself in a vector program.

Not a lot of this is adding up I'm afraid. I think Fiverr might be your best bet too. If you really do want to do it yourself then Inkscape is probably the best free vector editor, get yourself a step by step tutorial and you'll be able to make something.
