Designing CD/DVD Covers

Is there anything out there that will help me do this? Ideally something that has a template with the correct CD/DVD disc and cover sizes that I can drag and drop my graphics in to.

Nero has something like this IIRC.

Better off with Photoshop though if you have it or and borrow it.

I do have PS. How do I get the templates in there to play around with?
