Designing User Management Form

I am trying to create a WinForm in C# which reads all the users from the database and allows a user to add/edit/delete users, but I am stuck on the actual design part.

Can someone please give me ideas on how I should lay out my form, and if someone has examples then it would be beneficial

Things like name, username, password and role.

Also add, edit and delete user.

Does it have to be a winform? You could build that in 1 hour in MVC.. (without extra styling)

Yeah, the whole program is in WinForms.
