Desire FM radio not working after updating to froyo

The FM radio on my desire does not work after i updated to froyo

Has anyone else got the same problem ??

What sort of update did you do? Was it OTA, or have you flashed a custom ROM?
If you did custom, did you update the radio too?

Was the standard over the air froyo update ..

My desire is an unbranded model and not rooted...

This is the message it comes up straight away when i try using the FM radio

Mine runs ok, It could be bugging out over some old data (saved settings, stations etc) try reformatting the card or do a full factory reset?

Yes think am going have to try a full format or reset....

Hard reset has fixed it.....

But lost all my apps..was hoping i be able to just sync with appbrain again to install them,but that didn't work
