I'm now looking to buy three 23" monitor which are VESA compatible. I'd like to mount the on a wall mounted arm. But I've not seen may of these cheap in the UK. There is a desk mount - the MDM07 Multi Screen Desk Mount Bracket which goes for about £85 which will do the job.

I was wondering what other options are there?

I don't think OC are active in the screen mount market so I guess discussing products is not in breach of forum rules.:confused:

3 seperate monitor brackets. I use 2 seperate brackets because it was cheaper!

Bought from the same site, they are nice and sturdy.
How much do you wishto spend?

Well I'm happy to go to 150. I'd like them all on one fixed mount so they don't move independently. That kind of set-up seems a lot more expensive so I'm going for 3 independent arms.

I've some reviews and some say it can be a bit of a squeeze to get 3x23" on there the model below the MDM07. So I'm going for that one. Better safe than sorry.

When i've been thinking about it i've always thought that making my own out of wood and 3 wall mounting brackets would be the way to do it as you could get the spacing absolutely perfect and it would be in any shape/layout you wanted (and wall mount brackets are cheap :D)

I thought about that, but the wall I'd be attaching t arm to is curved so I think it would be really hard to fit the wood to it (and I'm useless with a hammer so I'd probably make a right mess of it!) :D

Wow, didn't expect to still find something interesting as I've spend a lot of time searching for affordable dual/tripple monitor wall and desk mount.

TykeSupply.com has a ton of options. As far as I can tell from the videos it seems their products are using the same joints and plastic caps as the MDM11M monitor arms I own. Paint job and the pole/clamps seem to be the same thing as well which would mean it's pretty decent quality.

This one seems particularly interesting:

Wow that looks incredible for £40!!!!!! It's a shame the postage is £60 in on top.
Even then it looks a good deal. The only problem with the import tax on that might be a lot. But even if it's £50 it still looks like a bargain compared with UK prices.:confused:
Maybe we should get into the monitor mount import business

Axeia: I could kiss you, That's perfect, just perfect, been looking for something like this for some time.
Plus I can get the p&p a lot cheaper I think, as I happen to have a friend in Florida.:D

Looks promising!

According to HMRC the only charge to pay is vat at 20% + the clearance fee which is about £20 so it should only cost £140. :D

I find it pretty embarrassing that its looks better and is cheaper than anything available in the UK and two thirds of the costs is postage and fees.

Anyone know a good quality arm for one monitor? Seem to be cheap ones on Amazon but with good reviews.. i've no idea though.

I did some costings with regards to making triple monitor mount for monitors up to 27" came out at nearly £150 for the fittings & appropriate metal.

EDIT: With a slight change in design, I can get it down to around £80- £90.

How much actual making is involved?

Any more that just screwing bits together?
