Either the usual IKEA combination or a regular IKEA desk could probably be done for under 150, depending on the size of desk.

You could get a 140cm top, 2 legs and one set of Alex drawers for around 115.

IKEA worktop bandwagon!! It works well, had mine for the past few years.
I think IKEA stuff has shot up quite a bit since then though so don't know how far that budget will go.
