Desktop 2.0 speakers?

Was looking at Q ACOUSTICS M20 but sadly too deep. The Ruark Audio MR1 MK2 look like a good alternative but seemed rather pricey compared to the M20s.

Also saw the Edifier S360DB which is a 2.1.

Any alternatives in the £250-350 price range for games and regular music?

Q Acoustics 3010s with an SMSL AD18 USB amp/DAC, from the specs it looks like they're a bit smaller than the M20s.

If you were not impressed what was your reference point or what a passive speakers/DAC did you replace them with?

Fair dues. An article I saw over Christmas said they were expected in February/March!

Hmm thanks for suggestion this seems like a better Ruark (least for me aesthetics) - will have good look at reviews.

For anyone looking for future reviews I was swayed away from the Ruarks after the middling feedback and went with Kanto ORAs at about 2/3s price which I'm using laid horizontally. I was heavily limited by fact I have a standing desk and about 20cm depth to the wall.

Would have gone with passive monitors and separate amp if I had space but all other common options were too tall/deep/wide..
