Desktop Background Firefox GPO

Hi All,

I'm was wondering if anyone knew how Firefox manages to bypass the GPO set on a PC to set the desktop background?

I know it changes a key in the registry to change the wallpaper but when I've done it manually it doesn't work.

Any ideas?
